1) Wake up
One should wake up 48 min (i.e. one muhoort) before the sunrise. It helps to protect the health and is good for longevity.
2) Toilet habits
As and when the urge of defecation or urination comes one should immediately void them.
One should not hold the urge or do some other work at that time because it may cause some disease which may be fatal at times. Detail of which will be discussed later.
